Convenient Online Appointment System Now Available From The Union County Clerk – Union County, New Jersey

First online system of its kind in Union County.

Appointments for passport services, notaries and business names can now be made online.

Union County, NJ – Union County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi advises those seeking services related to passports, notaries public and business names that a new online system is now available for booking appointments .

“We are very pleased to introduce the new online system, the first in Union County, as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure members of the public can access our services quickly and easily,” said Ms. Rajoppi. .

The new online system improves the current reservation process. It eliminates waiting time and is accessible at any time of the day or night.

All clients are reminded to arrive on time as each appointment will only take place during the allotted time. Those who arrive late must make another appointment.

If an appointment needs to be canceled, customers should remove their reservation from the system or call the office as soon as possible, in order to free up the time slot for another person.

“The online appointment system will allow our staff to provide clients with dedicated time to conduct business with little or no delay,” explained Ms. Rajoppi.

All customers are required to wear masks when visiting the county clerk’s offices, to help reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

The County Clerk’s main office is located in the County Courthouse at 2 Broad Street in Elizabeth.

The annex office is located in the Colleen Frasier building of the Union County complex, 300 North Avenue East in Westfield.
