You must enter your WVU login credentials to submit a report. You will then be contacted by WVU Information Security Services or the WVU Health Sciences Center Privacy and Security Team for additional information. Examples of privacy incidents include, but are not limited to, items such as: inadvertently sharing personally identifiable information such as protected health information or FERPA-protected student data with a person not allowed to see them.
Suspected spam and phishing attempts, or emails intended to steal your personal information should continue to be reported to [email protected]. Please forward suspicious emails as an attachment or use the Report Message or Phishing button in Outlook Mail.
