The online application for the recruitment of the position of Director (Human Resources) at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is closing soon.

The Director (Human Resources) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He/She is overall in charge of the coordination and implementation of personnel policies and social relations, management functions, administrative control, etc.

Eligibility criteria:

The minimum seniority required in the eligible scale will be one year for internal candidates and two years for others from the date of vacancy.

(b) (i) Central Government / All Indian Service candidates must hold a position at the level of Additional Secretary in the Government of India or have an equivalent pay scale at the date of application.

(ii) Applicants from the Union Armed Forces must hold a rank of Lieutenant General in the Army or an equivalent rank in the Navy/Air Force as of the date of application.

(c) Applicants from government/private sector public sector enterprises must be working at the board level as of the date of application.

Qualification for HPCL Recruitment 2022:

  • The candidate must be a graduate with a good academic record from a recognized university/institute. Applicants with a Graduate Diploma or Diploma in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or a Masters of Business Administration (MBA)/Graduate Diploma/Program in Management (PGDM/ PGPM) from a recognized university/institution are desirable.

  • The candidate should have five years of experience/exposure within the past ten years in various aspects of human resources/personnel management/industrial relations in a reputable organization.

Age limit for HPCL 2022 recruitment:

  • The age of the candidate must not be less than 45 years old on the date of occurrence of the vacancy, i.e. 08.05.2022.

  • Appointment is for a period of five years from the date of joining or until the date of retirement or until further ordinances, whichever comes first.
