Indian Army 10 + 2 TES 46 Online form 2021 released; How to apply explained

The Indian Army has posted the 10 + 2 TES 46 application form on the official website, joinindianarmy.nic.in. Candidates can apply for the Indian Army TES 46 application from 07 October to 08 November 2021.

The basic eligibility to apply for TES 46 is to have passed 10 + 2 with a minimum of 70% marks in total with PCM as the main subject. Along with this, applicants must have the age limit of 16.5-19.5 when applying for TES 46.

The Indian Army TES 46 application form is only available online and there is no other way to apply for the same. Applicants can follow the steps below to apply for TES 46:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Indian Army, joinindianarmy.nic.in

2nd step: On the home page, click on the register button and enter the relevant details i.e. Adhaar card, candidate’s personal details, date of birth, email address and cell phone number, then click submit button.

Step 3: When registering, mention the OTP as received on the mobile number on the home page to confirm registration

Step 4: After that, mention the personal details, diploma, marital status, contact details, username and password as well as the captcha code and save the details in the TES 46 application form

Step 5: Ultimately, crosscheck the details mentioned on the TES 46 application form and save the application form for future reference.

Documents required to complete the TES 46 application form

Applicants should keep the following list of documents handy when completing the TES 46 application form:

  • Aadhar card of the candidate
  • 10th certificate of the candidate’s class
  • 10th class certificate number
  • Caste Certificate
  • Valid email id
  • Academic certificate

The selection process for TES 46 includes a PET, a series of interviews and a screening series. The PET is the first round of the selection process and applicants must qualify equally in all major criteria. The second step is a selection round. The selection cycle will consist of five sub-cycles, namely a selection cycle, a psychological test, a GTO, a personal interview and a conference. Based on the candidate’s performance in the physical efficiency test, the selection round will decide whether the candidate will check whether the candidate has qualified for the TES 46 exam.

After appointment in TES 46, successful candidates will be introduced to a one-year training program conducted at the Officer Training Academy, Gaya. The training session will be followed by 3 years of extended training conducted at CME Pune followed by a one year training program. Ultimately, after the completion of the four-year program, the Indian military will award applicants with an engineering degree.
