ISU launches online application process for admission to 2022-23 academic year

New Delhi:

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), commonly referred to as IP University, has launched the online application process for the 2022-23 academic session. According to a statement from the university, the online registration process is for more than 40,000 places for about 185 different programs ranging from undergraduate to research level. Students seeking admission into IPU can apply online at ipu.ac.in. While the deadline for submitting the online application form for the MBA program is April 15, for the rest of the programs it is April 30, 2022, according to a statement from the ISU.

IP University has 13 schools, a Virtual School of Medical and Allied Sciences, two Centers of Excellence at Dwarka and Surajmal Vihar campuses and 111 Delhi NCR affiliated institutes.





The university introduced six new programs for the 2022-23 academic session. MEd Special Education (Intellectual Disabilities), Master of Design (Industrial Design), Master of Design (Interior Design), Bachelor of Design (Industrial Design), BDesign (Interactive Design) and BDesign (Interior Design) are the six new programs. While MEd Special Education (Intellectual Disabilities) will be available at the University School of Education campus in Dwarka, all others will be available at the University School of Design and Innovation at the Surajmal Vihar campus.

As in previous years, also this year IP University will conduct Computerized Entrance Tests (CET) for admission to 50 university programs in eight cities across the country including Delhi – NCR.

The university will also provide financial support to deserving students and EWS. The EWS program is intended for students belonging to the economically weaker strata of society.

The university has awarded financial aid amounting to Rs 2.25 crore to 523 students under the scheme in the year 2022-21. While the Merit-cum-Means is the Delhi government run scheme which provides financial aid to deserving and needy students. students pursuing higher education. The Delhi government has given Rs 29.73 crore to 4,897 students under this scheme for the year 2020-21, according to a statement from IP University.
