NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2022: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) will activate online applications for the position of Deputy Director (Grade A), on July 18, 2022, on its website ie nabard.org. A total of 170 vacancies will be filled. Of the total vacancies, 161 are for Rural Development Banking Service, 7 for Rajbhasha Service and 2 for Protocol and Security Service.

Eligibility Criteria for NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2022

Education Qualification:

Assistant Manager Grade A (Rural Development Banking Service):

  • General: Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates) overall or a graduate studies with a minimum of 55% marks (SC / ST Candidates / PWBD 50%) in total from a recognized university or a Ph.D.
  • Agriculture – Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/ PWBD) overall OR Graduate Diploma in Agriculture/Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with a minimum of 55% marks (SC applicants /ST/PWBD) – 50%) in total from a recognized university/institution.
  • Agricultural Engineering – Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD overall OR Postgraduate Diploma in Agricultural Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/PWBD applicants – 50%) overall from a recognized University/Establishment.
  • Animal Husbandry – Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science/Animal Husbandry from any recognized university with a minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) marks overall OR Graduate degree in Veterinary Science/Animal Husbandry animals with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/PWBD candidates – 50%) overall.
  • Fisheries – Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Science from a recognized university/institution with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) overall OR Postgraduate Diploma in Fisheries Science with 55% marks (SC/PWBD applicants 50% ) in total.
  • Forestry – Bachelor’s degree in forestry from a recognized university/institution with 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants – 55%) overall OR Postgraduate degree in forestry with 55% marks (SC/PWBD applicants – 50%) in total.
  • Planting/Horticulture – Bachelor’s degree in horticulture from any recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants – 55%) overall OR Post-graduate degree in horticulture with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/PWBD applicants – PWBD – 50%) overall.
  • Land Development-Soil Science – Bachelor of Agriculture/Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with 60% marks (PWBD 55%) overall OR Graduate Diploma in Agriculture/Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with a minimum of 55% marks (PWBD Candidates – 50%) in total from a recognized university/institution.
  • Water Resources – Bachelor’s degree in Hydrology/Applied Hydrology or Geology/Applied Geology with Hydrogeology/Irrigation/Water Supply and Sanitation as one of the subjects with 60% marks (PWBD 55%) overall OR Postgraduate Diploma in Hydrology/Applied Hydrology or Geology/Applied Geology with Hydrogeology/Irrigation/Water Supply and Sanitation as one of the subjects with 55% overall marks (PWBD applicants 50%) from a recognized university.
  • Finance – BBA (Finance/Banking) / BMS (Finance/Banking) with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/ PWBD) OR Two years full-time PG Diploma in Management (Finance) / Full-time MBA (Finance ) degree with 55% (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50%) from GoI/UGC recognized institutions/universities with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Applicants will be required to submit a certificate from the institution/university regarding the specialization in finance OR a bachelor’s degree in financial and investment analysis with 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) OR a bachelor’s degree in any any discipline from a recognized university/institution with membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) OR CFA.
  • Computer Science and Information Technology: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Technology/Computer Applications/Information Technology with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD overall OR a graduate degree in Computer Science/Technology Computer Science/Computer Applications/Information Technology with 55% marks (SC/PWBD applicants 50%) overall from a recognized university.

Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RAJBHASHA):

  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in English or Hindi with Hindi and English as a compulsory or optional subject with a minimum of 60% mark (55% for SC/ST/PWBD or equivalent in total and PG Degree in Translation (minimum one year) from Hindi to English and vice versa from any recognized university.Applicants must have studied English and Hindi as subjects for at least 02 years of BA course.OR Masters in HINDI with a minimum of 60% marks in total (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%).Applicants must have studied English as a major/optional subject for at least 02 years of course OR Proficiency in ENGLISH with a minimum of 60% marks in total (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 55%) Applicants must have studied Hindi as a major/optional subject for at least 02 years of Candidates must be able to translate from English to Hindi and v ice / versa.

Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (Protocol & Security Service):

Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) overall OR Postgraduate degree, MBA/PGDM with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants – 50%) in total OR CA/CS/ICWA OR PhD from institutions recognized by GOI/UGC.

Nabard Class A age limit:

  • Grade A RDBS and Rajbhasha – 21 to 30
  • Grade AP & SS – 25 to 40 years old
