KUCHING (June 28): The Sarawak Energy Appointment System (SEAS) will be implemented at the Bintulu Town Square customer service counter from July 4, as part of continued efforts to improve customer experience .

In a statement, Sarawak Energy said Bintulu Town Square is the eighth station to implement SEAS, an online appointment system, since it was first released in October last year at Kuching’s Saradise customer service counter. .

The utility company aims to roll out the online appointment system to all of its customer service counters by the end of this year.

“The appointment system has improved time management and ensured that documents are properly prepared by following the checklist before going to the counter for Sarawak Energy customers,” he said.

Customers can start making appointments in SEAS for their visits at the Bintulu Town Square counter from June 22.

To schedule an appointment, visit the Sarawak Energy website ( under “Sarawak Energy Appointment System (SEAS)” or scan the QR code provided.

Alternatively, customers can call the Customer Care Center at 1300-88-3111 or email [email protected], and indicate the preferred date and time for the appointment.

Once the appointment is successfully booked, clients are required to arrive at the premises five minutes prior to the appointment time.

Sarawak Energy said customers are advised to check their emails before going to the counters as appointments may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

If an appointment is cancelled, a new booking must be made through the system.

Customers are encouraged to transact through Sarawak Energy’s “SEB cares” mobile app online services for bill payments and enquiries.

Payments can also be made through other platforms such as online banking, JomPay and e-wallets such as S Pay Global and Boost.

If customers have an urgent matter that needs Sarawak Energy’s attention, customers can contact its customer service center or get in touch through “SEB cares”, which can be downloaded through Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
