Deputy Commander UPSC CAPF DAF 2022: The announcement of the Detailed Application Form (DAF) of the Central Armed Police Force (Deputy Commander) has been made public by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Applicants who have passed/passed the written test for the position of Central Armed Police Force (Deputy Commander) can view the brief notification on the UPSC website, upsc.gov.in.

Before completing the detailed online application form, applicants should read these guidelines carefully. Before completing the detailed online application form, the candidate must also scan all relevant original documents in 200 dpi grayscale and convert them into separate PDF files no larger than 1 MB (DAF). The pdf file produced must not be password protected and must be uploaded with the online DAF submission.

(I) A scanned copy of the birth certificate.

(II) A scanned copy of the official documents proving the candidate’s training as specified in par. 3 (IV) of the Review Notice published on the Commission’s website and Rule 6 of the Review Rules published in the Indian Gazette on 20 April 2022.

(II) A scanned copy of the certificate that the applicant is a member of one of the following groups: Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, or Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) (if applicable).

(IV) A scanned copy of the pledge, duly signed by the OBC applicant requesting the easing in support of their claim that they do not belong to the creamy layer, in the format specified in paragraph B-1 of the appendix I.

(V) A scanned copy of the form indicating that the candidate seeks to relax as an OBC candidate is attached as an annex to the detailed application form.

(VI) If applicable, a scanned copy of the certificate is used to support the age concession request.

(VII) Scan of clearance certificate, if applicant claims to be a veteran.

(VII) Scan of the commitment, duly signed by the candidate if he is currently employed by the government.

(IX) The applicant requesting a booking as an EWS candidate must submit a duly completed and signed form as an annex to the detailed application form.

During the interview or on the last day of the interview, which will be published on the Commission’s website in due course, the originals of the aforementioned certificates must be produced, as well as certified copies of all the documents, failing which their application is subject to cancellation. In addition, it should be mentioned that the time limit for verifying certificates will never be extended. Applicants should also be aware that no documents should be submitted by post; instead, they should only upload scanned copies of the originals.

2. The information provided by candidates in this detailed online application form will be compared with that previously provided by them in the application form for the examination via the Internet. If there are significant differences, their application may be rejected or cancelled.

3. Applicants should indicate their top three choices for services or forces in column 10 of the application form so that their preferences will be considered in nominations, taking into account rank in order of merit.
