Public hearing in DDA with online appointment

To facilitate the DDA’s public hearings, the general public can obtain advance online appointments to obtain an exclusive time slot to meet with DDA officers and check on the status of their case. In this regard, they can enter the headquarters of DDA, Vikas Sadan, Vikas Minar and other offices of the Authority.
Public hearing days at DDA are decided to be Mondays and Thursdays. The hours are 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. for officers of the rank of Deputy Wardens and Directors, while it is 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. for officers of the rank of Commissioners and above.

The URL for online appointment booking with DDA officers is https://citzservices.dda.org.in/ and it is available in Citizen Centric Services under the Online Public Services tab of the website of the DDA www.dda.gov.in. All officers are instructed to create time slots to meet with the general public and prioritize issues raised by the public.

In accordance with the guidelines, people visiting DDA offices will be required to adhere to Covid 19 protocols and social distancing standards. They will only be allowed to enter after a heat check and no risk/low risk status at Aarogya Setu. They will be required to have normal body temperature, safe/low risk status in Aarogya Setu app and proper face mask.
