South India Bank 2021 Purchase Order Notification; Complete the online application form before September 8


The South Indian Bank invites applications from eligible candidates for the probation officer (PO) position on its career page, recruit.southindianbank.com. The application process started today and will remain open until September 08, 2021. The provisional selection process for the aforementioned position includes an online test followed by an interview.

Depending on the eligibility criteria, the prescribed age limit is 18 to 28 years old. Along with this, the candidate must graduate with at least 50% marks in total. In addition, it is mandatory to have 2 years work experience in a regular / commercial bank / SFB in India.

The candidate during the final selection will be kept for a probationary period of 1 year. At the same time, they will be covered by a service deposit for 2 years. According to which, if the candidate leaves the bank before the completion of 2 years then he will be liable for Rs 1.50,000 to the bank.

Applicants upon final selection will be eligible to receive emoluments based on the salary scale prescribed by IBA for the PO position. The prescribed salary scale for the position is Rs 36,000 – 1,490/7 – 46,430 – 1,740/2 – 49,910 – 1,990/7 – 63,840. He will also be eligible to sit for the JAIIB and CAIIB exams for an additional increase.

Step 1: Visit the official South Indian Bank website, recruit.southindianbank.com

2nd step: On the home page, click on Apply online and continue

Step 3: Next comes the registration process in which applicants must specify the applicant’s name, email id, cell phone number and password, then click on the Submit button.

Step 4: When submitting details, a username and password will be generated. Applicants now need to login to complete the application form with the relevant details i.e. personal details, academic details, address, test center city, category, etc.

Step 5: Next is the upload section where they need to upload their photo, signature, updated CV, and certificate of experience. Documents must be within the prescribed size limit as mentioned in the notification

Step 6: Ultimately, applicants have to pay the INR 800 application fee / through any online payment channel and submit the application form

The prescribed size limit is 200KB for the candidate’s photo, 50KB for the signature file and 1MB each for the CV and the updated certificate of experience.
