The public can now make an appointment online to meet DDA officials

The public can now get an appointment online to meet senior Delhi Development Authority (DDA) officials at its headquarters Vikas Sadan at INA and Vikas Minar at ITO. A senior DDA official said that through this one can get an exclusive slot to meet with DDA officers and check on the status of their grievances.

Public hearings are held on Mondays and Thursdays, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for officers with the rank of Deputy Warden and Director, and from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. for officers with the rank of Commissioner and at -above.

The official said all officers were instructed to create slots to meet with the public and prioritize issues raised by them.

People visiting DDA offices will be required to adhere to Covid-19 protocols and social distancing standards. They will only be allowed entry after a heat check provided they have “no risk” or “low risk” status at Aarogya Setu and wear masks, he said.

The appointment booking URL, citzservices.dda.org.in, is available in Citizen Centric Services under the Online Public Services tab on the DDA website dda.gov.in. People can check the DDA’s website and its social media pages for further instructions and guidance, the official said.
